UPDATE: CBCGB-MetroWest has canceled worship service due to Acton Gates School facility closure. No other cancellation is reported at this time. (Sat, Dec 15 8:45pm)

Message from Elder Tsai:

As we may already know, a major snow/ice storm will arrive Saturday night and continue on to Sunday. We will post snow cancellation information on our church website http://cbcgb.org before 6 am Sunday, and on three major TV networks:

* WBZ (TV 4) Storm Center / News Radio 1030 / www.wbz1030.com, www.cbs4boston.com
* WCVB (News Center 5) / www.theBostonChannel.com
* 7 News WHDH Storm Force / WRKO AM/680

Also, please note that if the storm comes in as predicted and we still have church, the church vans will go only to alewife, not to the campuses. (edit: We also expect the Stride Rite parking lots to be inaccessible for parking.)

Even the church service is not cancelled you are advised to use your best judgments in determining “come” or “don’t come”. The factors you should consider include the condition of secondary roads, the time you have (not to be in a hurry), your family situation, etc. Please drive carefully if you decide to come.

This week we will have some bible study on our relationship with our parents.  Look forward to dialogue on how to follow Christ and honor our parents.
