1) please read CBCGB Facilities Reopening Guidelines carefully before you make reservations
2) check room availability: [2021 Reserved Records]
3) fill the outdoor and indoor Room request
4) when the reservation is approved, send attendees the COVID-19 health attestation and liability waiver. If there are attendees who do not fill out the form ahead of the event, you must enter the information from forms you collect at the event.
