成人（9歲以上, 5/1/2007年以前出生）每人$140,
兒童（4-9歲, 5/1/2007-5/1/2012）$100，
幼兒(4歲以下, 5/1/201２以後出生)免費。
5月2日-15日 成人每人$150，兒童$110，幼兒免費。

4月17日-5月15日，每主日在教會大廳有報名組幫助報名、收費和答疑。

3. 下載兒童（低於6年級）附加表格 Download Children Extra registration paper form
第一次參加本教會活動的兒童，需要填寫附加表格。
Children (younger than 6th grade) who are the first time to attend our church activities need to submit
the extra paper form.
4. 青少年（6-12年級）需要單獨報名
青少年(6-12年級)不與家長一起按家庭網上報名。青少年需要打印、填寫附加表格，和支票一起交給Pastor Jennifer Lin.
The youth (6th-12th grades) do NOT register online with their parents.
The youth are required to print out and fill in the youth form and bring or mail to Pastor Jennifer Lin with their check (payable to CBCGB). CBCGB Youth Ministry c/o Jen, 149 Spring Street Lexington, MA 02421.

中文部主題講員：陳世欽牧師
• 陳牧師為馬來西亞砂勞越人，與妻子邱芬祥育有兩男(明獻、明奭)一女(之歆)並媳婦詠賢。
•早期於新加坡神學院接受神學裝備，後於美國加州 Biola University 先後取得「婚姻家庭碩士」以及「教牧學博士」學位。
•曾擔任新加坡神學院訓導主任，後為美國加州洛杉磯國語浸信會國語牧師。。
•曾任世界華福汶萊區委會主席；近三十多年來於東南亞、北美、中美、南美、非洲、大洋洲與歐洲等各地從事宣教事工、社區事工、神學教育工作，以及教會領袖培訓；亦常應邀主領信仰生活聚會、退修會、差傳會、佈道會、培靈會、婚姻家庭講座，以及講壇演練室等。
•前為美國賓州基督使者協會事工總主任。
•現於海內外七間華人神學院擔任客座教授。
•目前為世界華人福音事工聯絡中心(世界華福)總幹事
•Born in Sarawak, Malaysia; married to Daisy with 3 grown up children - Titus, Ainos, Polus and daughter-in-law Desiree
•First trained at Singapore Bible College (SBC), and then in Biola University, USA with two degrees - MA in Marriage and Family as well as Doctor of Ministry
•Was Dean of Students at SBC, and the Mandarin Pastor at Mandarin Baptist Church of Los Angeles, California, USA
•Was Chairman of CCCOWE Brunei Darussalam District; has been preaching at various conferences and teaching in areas of marriage and family life enrichment, parenting skills, effective communication, leadership and management, and Preaching Labs, etc. throughout South East Asia, North America, Central America, South America, Africa, Pacific Oceania and Europe since 1982
•Was the Director of Ministries, Ambassadors for Christ Inc., Paradise, Pennsylvania, USA
•Currently serves as Adjunct Professor of seven overseas Chinese theological seminaries
•Currently serves as General Secretary of Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism (CCCOWE)
