Sandy Coelho has been serving as the Leadership Development Director at the Baptist Convention of New England since 1998. Her many roles allow her to connect with scores of leaders throughout New England to equip and resource the local church. She has worked with all age groups and developed many learningopportunities to help leaders enhance their ministries. Sandy also serves at her church as a Sunday School teacher and is very involved in the many community outreaches that her church hosts.
